The Kumamon Collab will come to CN servers on Jan 8th/Jun 10th/Nov 18th (2020), TW/JP and GL servers on Feb 19th/Jul 10th/Nov 18th (2020). Like the anime collabs, it will have 3 parts.
Kumamon is a pet that is obtained by participating in the collab events, excess Kumamon pet affection points can be given to friends or guildmates via Guild Wishing. Pet Kumamon's story and accessories can be viewed on the Pet Backyard page, and the frame on the Settings/Frames page.
There will also be s-jade packs available during each collab part;
- Part 1:

- Players who already own the frame will get an animated version
- 30 pet Kumamon affection points (ie get pet Kumamon)

- Players who already own the frame will get another animated version

Part 1
To obtain Kumamon, 8 quests must be completed. To complete quests 1-4, players must enter the following answers in world chat:

Assembly
At the start of the collab, there'll be an assemble period. Only need to tap the airplane on the event map once day. Once it's completed, everyone can claim a Kumamon loading screen illustration. Sharing it to social media rewards you with 5 pet Kumamon affection points.
Activities
At the start of the 2nd week for the collab, 3 activities will become accessible. Completing all 3 unlocks the Shoyou collab skin.
- BBQ
- Like a 5 minute version of Guild Feasts.
- Cost to host is free for the 1st time per day and 10 s-jade (CN price) every time after.
- Can invite friends and guildmates.
- Clicking the food icon grants 2 food and random items. The food is points for the activity.
- Clicking the Kumamon icon turns someone of your choosing into a Kumamon paper doll and grants you a random reward.
- Must get 100 points, host a total of 5 times, to complete the activity.
- Sakura Tree Watering
- Water a sakura tree sapling with water droplets.
- Droplets are obtained as random drops from evo, mitama/souls or explore etc.
- Max of 20 can be farmed per day.
- Watering the sakura sapling grants random rewards.
- Need a total of 100 droplets, farm 20 droplets every day for 5 days, to complete the activity.
- Pet Dispatch
- Send 5 of your pets out on an 8-hour dispatch quest.
- If you don't have 5 pets, you can still participate.
- Depending on which pets you select, you'll get a score.
- When they return you'll receive dolphins, ie points for the activity, equal to that score.
- Completing a dispatch quest grants random rewards.
- Must get 100 points, do a minimum of 5 dispatch quests, to complete the activity.
Rewards for doing participating in these activities are; Kumamon affection points, pet food, pet toy vouchers, pawprint coins, guild feats, orochi scales, demon souls, bio affection items, AP, mochi, gold, etc.

This final of the collab is kind of like the old Ibuki events. Sadly, this means some of the new collab rewards are P2W only and if you want them you will need to spend money.
You get to run a shop, fulfill customer orders to increase your shop rank and unlock rewards based on your shop rank. The shop rank rewards are separated into 2 rows, the 2nd row of rewards requires 30 s-jade (CN price) to be unlocked. Rewards includes; Kumamon animated chat stickers, 2 loading screen illusts and a pet house accessory. Can fulfill a max of 10 customer orders and help 3 friend per day. Can farm for the items needed for orders in explore, evo, souls (excludes Sougenbi) and kekkai toppa/realm raids. There's a limit for how many times each item can be farmed per day; max for the doll and bonsai is 10, max for the lantern, tea and ramen is 20. If you can't be bothered to farm or want all the rewards immediately, you can use jade to increase your shop rank.
To the right of your shop and the merch store (CN only) is an exchange shop with Kumamon s-jade packs and the exclusive items from part 2 of the collab. The Shoyou x Kumamon loading screen illust costs 150 jade and the Shoyou skin costs 1200 jade. Each pack/item (excluding the pet Kumamon affection pack) also gives points for your shop rank.
